| we have been going for 2 years and the place just keeps getting better!!!They have added more private rooms and have a total of 12 with many more open play areas!We love the hot tub!!every weekend they have contests with prizes and even give free trips!!!The most friendly party people in the lifestyle attend these parties! we would give dutch delight 10 stars out of a possible 5 |

On the up side, the house that this on-premises house party is in is very lovely and well-kept, not to mention very large. It is very clean. They also keep the house well-stocked with clean sheets, towels, and condoms. While the people that attend the parties here can be somewhat cliquish at times when they play, they are quite friendly for the most part. The owners are lively and know how to entertain. The backyard touches with the pool, hot tub, and seating areas are quite nice. And it is a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. They also do not ask for much in donations when you go to their parties.
On the down side, the location is not very good. It is very difficult to find the first couple of times you visit. Also, there are two outside dogs in the front yard that are a little too friendly and smelly. It is also difficult sometimes to find an open bedroom to play in or a bathroom to use. You also may have to wait a little bit for someone to answer the front door when you first arrive. And, you have to change your own sheets when the beds are used.
In our opinion, this is actually one of the best house parties we have ever been to. It isn't perfect, but most of the problems here stem from the sheer popularity of the place. And the few small problems they do have are either easy to overlook given the value and overall quality, or they are easily correctable. And this is a very good sign. I would recommend this location to anyone. |
